Pumpkin Patch visit

It has been awhile since the last post. Since that time, Ronan was home for a week with a stomach ailment. On day 4, Papa came for the day to stay with Ronan. By all accounts it was very successful. When I arrived home from work both Lamarches appeared well rested and in good spirits.

On the developmental side, Ronan continues pick up new words and phrases almost daily. Tonight he explained that only the toy driver fits "properly" in the toy car. He has also become very focused on getting himself undressed, and can do a reasonable job of it. He can quite handily remove his Pull-Up (and throw it a pretty good distance, or put it on his head). There has been little progress in the toilet training department, with occasional success, and the odd minor disaster.

Ronan has also been exposed to a fact long ago discovered by a string of elementary school art teachers. Daddy has no art skills. Previously I was able to pass off a Play-Doh blob with four balls attached as a car. Ronan is now happy to point out that my creation is not a car, but is far less understanding when I am utterly incapable of improving my offering.

The cat thinks that she has found a great new bed. She will be sadly mistaken once Baby #2 comes along. Below are some photos from our Pumpkin patch visit with the Holmes'. It was an extremely cold and windy day. Our visit didn't last much past visiting the animals and a trip on the hay wagon. We then headed to Kelsey's for some lunch and warmth.

I persevere with my website checks and eventually get rewarded! Very cute, as usual!
